I am truly honored and humbled to be leading such an exceptional team of professionals at Prime Group. As we reflect on the past year, I am deeply grateful for the hard work, dedication, and resilience of each one of you.

This past year has presented unprecedented challenges on a global scale. More than ever, we need people to come together in a common understanding and put all our strength into building bridges, not collapsing them. When I started this company, more than 16 years ago, my vision was (and still is) one of bringing in people from multiple backgrounds, cultures, creeds, and nations, together with a common purpose: Make this world a better place through technology, innovation, and digital transformation.

I am really proud that when things took a turn for the worst, our capacity allowed us to act quickly. As we are a business made of people, we opened a fast lane for Ukrainian talent to join our teams.

Despite the socio-economic struggles that have impacted us all, we have continued to thrive and grow as a company. Together, we have achieved tremendous success and growth. Today, we have a strong and diverse team of more than 3000 people, including in excess of 2600 engineers, over 350 business managers, recruiters, and 150 colleagues in several back-office and administrative departments.

People are at the center of what we do. We’re strong believers in empowering our teams with the best tools to perform. In 2022, we delivered over 50.000 hours of training to our teams, both in person and through e-learning platforms. These training sessions allow our people to develop technical, behavioral, and linguistic skills as part of our commitment to career development. Our group’s learning culture is also why we will continue investing in strong mentoring and coaching programs.

Business is our passion and our driving force. I’m pleased to let you know that our latest numbers point to € 155M revenue in 2022. This is an incredible achievement, and it is all thanks to your hard work, perseverance, and dedication.

In 2022, we have also expanded our reach and impact by opening four new offices in Warsaw, Wroclaw, Grenoble, and Barcelona, bringing our total number of offices across Europe to 25. But we don’t plan to stop here.

Looking ahead to 2023, I want to let you know about our plans and ambitions.

We want to keep looking for the best talent and grow our teams. In 2023, we are forecasting 500 new job openings, to reach a total of 3500 professionals by the end of the year.

Nearshore will continue to be a cornerstone of our business. We will be looking into expanding our activities in Portugal, Poland, but also Brazil, and Vietnam through our offshore offer.

Our expansion will take even larger steps next year, with 10 new locations planned to launch. I’ll keep you posted on this one!
