The second edition of the Prime Group Campus, our Graduate Program, starts on 12 September. The applications are now open and will continue during June.

 

About Prime Group Campus – Graduate Program

This is a graduate program that aims to develop high potential in its participants. It was designed for those who aspire to build a career as business managers in the IT & Engineering sectors.

This 18-month graduate program allows the trainees to acquire updated tech knowledge alongside the necessary techniques to build solid relationships with clients.

Our mission is to innovate and transform through technology the markets we operate on and continually invest in our Talent. This graduate program is one of the avenues we’ve designed to reach this goal and one great way to identify and enhance people’s potential and support them to develop their skills.

 

Recruiting Process

Our Recruitment Process consists of different phases. You will only move to each phase if selected.

 Phase 1 – Great meeting you!!

Phone Interview with one of our Recruiters to get to know more about your professional and academic background and motivations, and to provide you with information about our Group and about the role of Business Manager.

 

Phase 2 – Tell us who you really are!

Group Dynamic with Prime Group

In this phase, you will have the opportunity to present yourself to us and the rest of the candidates. You will be able to share some of your experiences, learnings, career goals and motivations, as well as have a better understanding of Prime Group, each of its companies and the business. Additionally, you will have a role-play dynamic with the other candidates to project yourself in the role of Business Manager. You will be assessed by members of our Learning and Development Team.

 

Phase 3 – It’s getting warmer!

Assessment Day: Business Challenge + Interview with the Senior BM

Business Challenge

In groups, you will have to resolve a business challenge to assess key soft skills and your potential for the role of Business Manager. Your potential future seniors will be observing your performance during the Business challenge. On the same day, if selected after the business challenge, you will have a 20-minute face to face interview with your potential future senior.

Interview with the Senior BM

The interview will cover your participation in the business challenge and will follow a behavioural/competency-based interview model where you are expected to refer to the STAR answer format. In this interview, you will be assessed on specific soft skills.

 

Phase 4 – You’ve made it!! Give us an Autograph!

If selected after phase 3, you will then move on to the final phase of the process to know our offer and sign an agreement contract with one of our companies.
