Bold Beginners – College Ambassadors, Prime Group’s College Ambassadors program is a dynamic initiative aimed at fostering a strong connection between the corporate world and university students. Our main aim is to empower college students to kickstart their careers.

The Responsibilities of a Bold Beginner Ambassador

Bold Beginners College Ambassadors shoulder various responsibilities that contribute to their personal and professional growth, as well as Prime Group’s brand awareness. In the second rendition of the Bold Beginners College Ambassador Program, in order to have the best experience possible, the participants will be divided among our companies. They will directly work with one of the companies of their choosing, while still being able to participate in activities dynamized by the others.

Represent Prime Group:

Bold Beginners represent Prime Group at university events, career fairs, and other relevant gatherings, effectively becoming the company’s campus ambassadors.

Referrals:

Referring fellow students to Prime Group’s open job positions, is one of ambassador’s expected responsibilities. Thereby opening doors to exciting career opportunities within the company.

Social Media Engagement:

Ambassadors promote Prime Group on social media platforms, sharing the latest news, achievements, and insights to increase brand visibility.

University Engagement:

One of the ambassadors’ activities is to conduct meetings with student organizations and career services to share information about Prime Group’s culture, values, and job opportunities.

Knowledge Sharing:

Ambassadors should share their experiences and insights about the IT and engineering sectors, the company’s culture, and their role as ambassadors. This knowledge exchange enriches both students and Prime Group.

How to become a Bold Beginner?

Are you thinking of becoming a Bold Beginner College Ambassador? Here are the steps you will have to take.

Application:

To apply to the second edition of the Bold Beginners College Ambassador Program, you have to fill out this form between the 9th of September the and 13th of October.

Screening:

During the application process you will be able to choose which one of our companies is a better fit for you. This year you will be able to choose between InnoTech, Nex t Engineering, Smart Consulting, GRiT Solutions, PrimeIT, and Affinity. After applying you will go through a selection process based on the fulfilment of some requirements, such as major, school year, and on-campus presence. 

Group Mission:

The Group Mission is a group dynamic that will connect all Bold Beginners’ participants and present them a challenge to complete as a team.

Summer Internship: The Bold Beginner that stands out as the best company ambassador, will have the opportunity to participate in a summer internship in one of our companies.

Ticket to music festival: The second best college ambassador will be the winner of a ticket to a music festival of their choosing.

Who Are We Looking For?

At Prime Group, we are seeking dynamic individuals who align with our vision and are passionate about representing our brand. Ideal candidates for the Bold Beginners – College Ambassadors Program should meet a set of criteria.

Major in Management, Business or Engineering:  We are looking for students who are pursuing a degree in Management, Business, or Engineering. This diverse range of skills and perspectives fits into company structure and enriches our team.

Course Year: Candidates should be in the 2nd   or 3rd year of their bachelor’s program or the 1st year of their master’s, demonstrating a strong commitment to their education and readiness to embark on a career journey with us.

Ability to Influence and Mobilize: We value candidates who possess the ability to influence and mobilize the academic community, fostering engagement in Prime Group activities and initiatives.

Interest in Brand Promotion: Ambassadors should have a genuine interest in sharing and promoting the Prime Group brand and its events, both online and offline, to create lasting impressions.
